Example Class Structure

Set-Up- Students will get ready for class while I greet them and take attendance.
Warm-Up- Students will follow me through a few breathing exercises and songs to get them excited ready for class.
Learn and Play- Students will learn the day’s theme word (love, honesty, kindness) and then play some yoga games, practice a couple yoga poses, and/or participate in a yoga story.
Cool Down- Students will practice breathing and calming poses.
Relaxation- Students will finish class with some quiet time.

Pricing:

Group Classes $5 per student / hour (minimum 10 students)
Personal Classes: $50 / hour

All classes include a free 10 minute phone consultation to decide class theme, event structure, and other details.
